First of all, we sincerely apologize to everyone who has been waiting longer than expected for their order.
We understand that the biggest concern our customers are facing right now is the delay in completing and delivering orders. We completely understand your frustration, and we want to honestly explain why this is happening.
We are not intentionally delaying anyone’s work.
At present, we have more than 100 orders pending, and managing them while maintaining the quality of every model has become a major challenge for our small production unit.
The most important thing we want everyone to understand is that our models are not factory-produced diecast models.
Every model we make is 3D printed, manually finished, painted, detailed and prepared individually. A large part of the work is done by hand. Because of this, we cannot simply increase production speed like a conventional mass-production factory.
We could certainly try to finish models faster by reducing the amount of finishing and spending less time on each piece. But that would directly affect the quality of the model.
We don’t want to do that.
We don’t want to simply “finish” an order. We want to deliver a model that we are proud to put our name on.
Why does 3D printing cause additional delays?
3D printing itself is not always predictable.
When we develop a new model, the 3D design needs to go through several test prints before we get a stable result. Even after achieving a stable file, a print can unexpectedly fail.
For example, a particular model may successfully print five times, and the sixth print may suddenly fail.
A single print can take around 3–4 hours. When a print fails, those hours are lost and the entire process has to be started again.
Print failures can happen because of several factors such as:
• Resin and resin settings
• Temperature
• Release film condition
• LCD screen condition
• Exposure settings
• Printer calibration
• Other environmental and machine-related factors
Even changing the resin brand can require completely different settings. When our regular resin is unavailable, we sometimes have to use another resin, test it, and adjust the printer settings again.
Similarly, replacing a release film or LCD screen can require new calibration and test printing before production can safely continue.
There is no single fixed setting that guarantees a successful print every time.
This is one of the realities of producing models through resin 3D printing.
Sometimes we may tell a customer that their model production has started, and unfortunately, a print failure happens afterwards. In such cases, we have no choice but to repeat the process. This can add several more days to an already ongoing order.
Why don’t we simply rush the orders?
Because we believe that speed should not come at the cost of quality.
Our models are collector pieces, not mass-produced toys. Every model goes through printing, cleaning, curing, preparation, finishing, painting, detailing, assembly and packing.
We know that our customers are waiting.
We know that some orders have already taken longer than expected.
And we sincerely understand how disappointing that can be.
At the same time, we are doing everything possible within our capacity to clear the pending orders without compromising the quality of the models.
What started as a small hobby has grown into something much bigger, and we have reached this stage only because of the support, trust and encouragement of our customers and collectors.
For that, we are truly grateful.
We are not asking you to ignore the delay. We simply want you to understand the reason behind it.
We are working continuously to complete the pending orders and reduce the waiting time as much as possible.
To everyone who is currently waiting for their model — we are genuinely sorry.
Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support.
We promise that every order will receive the attention and quality that it deserves.
Thank you. ❤️
